Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny are in the middle of a battle with producers of the new X-Files movie, the two want to cut a sex scene. There's been no official reason for the axe but I suspect it's the love-hate relationship between the actress and actor. Poor David, no Gillian and did I mention his new show is getting sued?

too bad they want to cut the sex scene. would be interesting to see.
It's a shame that the people who do Californication are getting sued. I really like the show. It's funny and DD is so good as Hank Moody. Am looking forward to Season 2. Hang in there David.
